• Owner of a general residential/commercial construction business since 1980
• A commercial fisherman for 5 years
• A commercial diver for 15 years
• Served in the fire service 1980 to 2007
• Currently building a 36ft steel offshore sailboat. Launch anticipated for spring/summer 2010
